Course Cancellation Policy

There are a limited number of spots for each course, and it can be difficult to find participants to fill spots that open up due to cancellation.

• Cancellations greater than 4 weeks of the course date will receive a full refund, minus $25.00 administration fee.
• Cancellations within 2-4 weeks of the course date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within less than 2 weeks of the course date will receive no refund.
• Participants who have registered may transfer their registration to another person, but this responsibility lies with the original participant. We will attempt to assist in finding a replacement. In the event one cannot be found, the above policies will apply.
• COR reserves the right to cancel a course 2 weeks prior to the course date if we have not received a minimum number of registrations. If this does occur, participants will have the option to move to their registration to a future date or receive a full refund.
